Shipping Policy

I. Delivery Methods

  • Customers can purchase products directly at our store.
  • Products can be shipped through third-party delivery services.

II. Estimated Delivery Time

For Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) metropolitan areas:

  • 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and Tet).

For other regions:

  • 2-4 business days (excluding holidays and Tet).

III. Geographical Delivery Restrictions

For customers in provinces with bulk or wholesale purchase needs, we will utilize delivery services provided by third-party logistics companies. The shipping fees will be calculated based on the rates of these service providers or as agreed upon in the contract between both parties.

IV. Responsibility of Logistics Providers in Documentation During Delivery

  • The logistics provider is responsible for issuing delivery documentation during the shipping process.
  • The carrier has the right and responsibility to provide invoices to regulatory authorities upon request.
  • The carrier is obligated to transport goods in compliance with the principle of “original packaging and sealing intact.”

All packages will include the following information on the label:

  • Recipient Information: Includes the recipient's name, phone number, and address.
  • Order Tracking Code: Unique code assigned to the shipment.

To ensure the safety of goods, 7cat.us will include an invoice with every shipment. The invoice serves as a basis for handling complaints, determining the market value of goods, and ensuring legitimate circulation of goods.

V. Responsibility for Damaged Goods During Transportation

Regarding documentation during the delivery process:

  • If goods are damaged during transportation—whether shipped by our store or a third-party logistics provider—we will take responsibility for resolving the issue for the customer.
  • Customers have the right to refuse the product and request an exchange or refund under our “return and refund” policy.
  • For any other issues, we will collaborate with the logistics partner to resolve compensation for the shipment, as per the terms of our partnership agreement.

Note: In the event of delivery delays, we will promptly inform the customer, who can choose to either cancel the order or continue waiting for the shipment.
