1. Return Conditions
1.1 Immediate Returns at the Time of Delivery:
If you discover that the package is damaged, not intact, or the recipient information is incorrect, please refuse to accept the shipment at the time of delivery.
1.2 After Receiving and Paying for the Order:
You have the right to request a return if, upon opening the package, you find one of the following issues:
- The product has manufacturing defects (subject to the brand's return policy).
- The product's packaging is torn, or the item is damaged during transportation.
- The product was delivered incorrectly, missing accessories, or missing accompanying gifts.
- The product is the wrong item or wrong color compared to the order.
2. Refund Methods
- For returns of orders with full errors, we offer a return and refund policy via bank transfer.
- For partial returns, we provide product exchanges (if stock is available) or refunds via bank transfer.
3. Return Procedures
Customers must notify us within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the time of receiving the order. We reserve the right to decline any complaints if reported after this period.

3.4 Return Period:
If we do not receive the returned goods within 10 days of confirming the return request, 7cat.us will decline any further complaints.
3.5 Upon Receiving the Returned Order:
7cat.us will inspect the returned items to ensure they meet the conditions outlined in Section 4.1:
- If valid, the refund will be processed via bank transfer within 5-15 business days or converted into member points.
- If invalid, we will contact you to propose further solutions.
4. Valid Returns
4.1 Conditions for Valid Returns:
- The product matches the description in the "Return Request Form" and is in its original condition.
- The return includes all products, accessories, and accompanying gifts in the order.
- Each order can only be returned once.
4.2 Conditions for Invalid Returns:
- Missing or incorrect information on the "Return Request Form."
- The returned goods are not received within 10 days of confirming the return request.
- The returned products do not match or are incomplete according to the "Return Request Form."
- The products do not meet the return standards outlined in Section 4.1.
5. Refund Processing
If the returned product meets the conditions in Section 4, 7cat.us will process the refund within 5-15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) via bank transfer or convert it into member points.
